We are a multi-disciplinary practice who work with performing arts venues to activate and regenerate buildings through a combination of design, consultancy and live events. Our work is driven by the belief that everyone should have access to inspiring, empowering and user-friendly cultural spaces and experiences. Notable projects include the creation of the world’s first flat-pack theatre, Roundabout, and multi-purpose festival venue The Mix. We are currently managing a major public art scheme for Theatr Clwyd in North Wales, as part of the theatre’s capital redevelopment, and recently won a RIBA competition to design the Beacon, an innovative travelling performance space for Bradford City of Culture 2025, in collaboration with the architects Carter Gregson Gray.
